Ordyn Privacy Policy

Order Dynamics Inc. (doing business as "Ordyn", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when using Ordyn, a non-custodial crypto trading journal.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Email (for authentication).
• Trade Data: Logs, screenshots, notes, patterns (user-generated).
• Usage Data: App interactions, device ID, IP (anonymized).
• Payment Info: Processed by Apple/Google/RevenueCat (we never store card details).
• AI Usage: When you use the optional AI Coach, your trade data and the questions you type are sent to xAI/Grok to generate Coach feedback. During an optional voice-coaching session (which you start and which requires microphone permission), your microphone audio is also sent to xAI/Grok. We do not send your name, email, wallet keys, or exchange API keys.

2. How We Use It

Provide core features (journaling, AI Coach, analytics). Improve the app. Process payments. No selling data.

3. Sharing

Supabase (storage), RevenueCat (payments), xAI (AI). Exchanges only via user-provided API keys. Legal requirements only.

4. Security

Encryption (HTTPS, Supabase secure storage). Report incidents to privacy@ordyn.io.

5. Your Rights

Access/delete data: privacy@ordyn.io. GDPR/CCPA/DPDP/PIPEDA compliant.

6. Retention

Data kept until account deletion. Inactive accounts deleted after 12 months.
